Life Abroad: Black Families Doing the Impossible

Happy Friday, Visionaries!

Okay, think about something.

Some who don’t even believe like many of us do – in The Most High – can still see the writing on the wall.

They can see that America and the Western Way is not it anymore.

Honestly, I think everyone can see it whether they admit it or not.

Look at some of the normal things Black folk live in the States.

THE UGLY

According to the CDC, “Black women are three times more likely to die from a pregnancy-related cause than White women”.

The United States incarcerates the most people in the entire world!

“Roughly 1.8 million people were incarcerated in the U.S. at the end of 2023,” according to Statista.

And over 37% of U.S. prison inmates are Black people (PrisonPolicy.org).

And our children don’t get off easy either.

They’re taking Black American history out of the school system state by state.

Did you know that six states have already officially banned Black History and Critical Race Theory from their curriculums?

  • Arkansas- Banned
  • Florida – Banned
  • Idaho- Banned
  • Iowa- Banned
  • Oklahoma- Banned
  • Tennessee- Banned

We won’t bury you with endless statistics.

The point is abundantly clear – The United States of America is not our home.

So where is?

Well as cheesy as it sounds – home is what you make it.

And that’s why we record the videos and write the articles that we do.

To inspire and remind you that there’s more out there than just what the media told you.

THE PROCESS

More and more Black Americans and African Diaspora are leaving the United States and the United Kingdom.

And if you’re reading this you have too – mentally and spiritually.

You’ve taken off the rose-colored-glasses and see that you (and your family) can’t thrive where you are currently.

You’ve shared these things with some of your friends and family.

Some see it too and are fed up.

But others? Their eyes glaze over, or they tell you that you’re crazy for wanting to move somewhere else.

Especially Africa.

Some of your loved ones have even started to slowly distance themselves from you as you’ve now become the black sheep.

The family hotep and conspiracy theorist.

Just know that you are not alone, especially when you put your faith in Yah God.

When the book of Jeremiah (chapter 29, verse 11) says:

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

We now know that he specifically meant his melanated heirs.

The People of the Book.

A peculiar African people descended of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (later renamed Yashar’el).

The Promised Ones.

God – YAHUAH – always intended for us to succeed no matter what we faced.

No matter the stats, we have the testimony that Yah has never lost a battle and has never quit anything – EVER!

And He goes before us to prepare blessings for all who put their faith in Him.

THE AWAKENING

There are Black folk just like you all over the world living their best lives:
